About our Opportunity

As the Sales Manager of our NSW and ACT customer base, you’ll lead a high-performing external sales team to drive profitable growth and deliver on strategic sales objectives, along with taking responsibility for Internal Sales, Customer Service and Business Development. You’ll be responsible for managing sales operations, coaching and developing your team, and building strong customer relationships across the state.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and develop a geographically dispersed sales team
- Create and execute sales strategies and forecasts
- Manage sales reporting, financial performance, and administration
- Analyse customer behaviours and market trends
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing sales reps
- Drive continuous improvement in sales processes and outcomes

About You

You’re a people-first leader who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment. You bring energy, resilience, and a hands-on approach to sales leadership.

You will have:

- Experience developing, coaching & managing a geographically spread-out team
- Proficient experience with technology and CRM ERP's
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to produce accurate reporting and evaluation
- Experience within the building sales industry
