About Us:
We are a well-established and continually growing cardiology group with 15 consulting specialists and comprehensive diagnostic services operating across 9 locations. We take pride in delivering excellent care while maintaining a positive, collaborative workplace.
About the Role:
As the face of our clinics, you'll be working front-of-house – managing a busy reception desk, handling phone and patient enquiries, and supporting smooth clinic operations. This role requires someone calm under pressure, great at juggling multiple tasks, and who genuinely enjoys helping people.
This is a part-time position 4 days per week. You'll be based primarily at our Frankston clinic, with occasional shifts at Mornington, Safety Beach and Highett – so the ability to travel is essential.
Travel between clinic locations will be required on an as-needed basis to support operational requirements.
Shifts generally fall between 8:30am and 6:00pm to support patient needs and clinic flow.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone with:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a medical receptionist (specialist clinic experience highly regarded)
- Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position
- A sound understanding of how a medical practice operates
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – in person and on the phone
- A friendly, qualified and positive attitude
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities
- Solid computer literacy (experience with HealthTrack is a plus)
- A genuine team player who brings enthusiasm and resilience
- A willingness to learn and grow with us
