The Role:
We are seeking a motivated individual to work alongside a Senior Property Manager.
This role is perfect for someone looking to take the next step in their property management career! You will be responsible for overseeing a locally based portfolio and ensuring it is maintained to the highest standard.
- Conduct periodic inspections, prepare condition reports, and manage final inspections
- Handle arrears, rent reviews, repairs, and maintenance issues
- Manage leasing activities from start to finish
- Liaise effectively with owners’ corporations, strata managers, owners, and tenants
- Deliver exceptional service and maintain strong client relationships
The Candidate:
- Previous Property Management experience is essential
- A valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License, own car and driver's license
- Strong communication skills
- Ambitious, determined and self-motivated
- Immaculate presentation & strong communication skills
