The role:
We are seeking a Support Engineer / Network Administrator to assist with the setup, configuration, and ongoing management of IT infrastructure across our clinical sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender for Business, and Cisco Meraki solutions. This role will be pivotal in supporting the transition away from our MSP and building an in-house capability for endpoint management and secure network infrastructure.
Key responsibilities:
- Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint provisioning, compliance, and application deployment
- Administer Microsoft Defender for Business for endpoint security and threat response
- Set up and manage Cisco Meraki networks, including switches, wireless access points, and firewalls
- Design and implement secure network infrastructure for new clinic locations
- Monitor and troubleshoot network and endpoint performance issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to transition services away from the current MSP
- Maintain documentation for IT systems, policies, and procedures
- Provide technical support for escalated IT issues across clinic sites
1. Microsoft Intune Management
- Device provisioning and configuration

- Policy enforcement and remediation
- Cisco Meraki Experience
- Configuration of switches, firewalls, and wireless networks
- Site-to-site VPNs and remote access
- Dashboard administration for multi-site environments
- Clinic Network Setup
- Planning and deploying new clinic infrastructure
- Ensuring secure connectivity and redundancy
- Coordinating internet service and hardware installation
Must have Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience with Microsoft Intune (endpoint enrollment, policies, application deployment)
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Business
- Solid knowledge of Cisco Meraki (network configuration, Meraki Dashboard, VPNs)
- Experience with setting up and supporting clinic or multi-site networks
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Desired:
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, SC-400, AZ-104)
- Cisco/Meraki certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, Meraki CMNA)
- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and conditional access policies
- Previous experience transitioning from an MSP to in-house IT management
- Knowledge of HIPAA or other healthcare data compliance standards
