Design & Build are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of architecturally designed residential projects valued up to $3m. In this role, you will oversee a team of Project Managers and manage the full construction lifecycle, ensuring each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and support a team of Project Managers across 3-6 live projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Lead, motivate, and develop the construction team
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Drive safe work practices and uphold company standards across all sites
- Work closely with the Director to support ongoing growth and business performance




- Maintain team performance to company expectations
- Implement and maintain systems and processes to increase efficiency

The ideal candidate:

- Proven experience delivering architecturally designed residential projects valued $2m+
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines effectively
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills
- Solid understanding of construction codes, regulations, and compliance
- Highly organised with excellent time-management skills and a strong work ethic
- Robust knowledge of safety procedures and regulatory requirements
