Responsibilities
- Prospecting for new clients through cold/soft calling and following up existing leads
- Book sales appraisal appointments for the Director & Sales Team
- Provide admin support to the Director
- Research the property market using various property research tools
- Maintain records in real estate management software and databases
- Attend incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails and office sales meetings
Requirements
- A great customer service-focused personality
- Extremely organized with strong multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities
- Time management skills are a must
- Exceptional people skills and a customer service focus
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
