You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for sales representatives.

Responsibilities
Develop monthly sales reports
Process orders via email or phone
Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
Communicate important feedback from customers internally
Stay up-to-date with new products and features
Requirements
Hands on experience with CRM software
Understanding of sales performance metrics
A team player with high level of dedication
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Ability to work under strict deadlines
