Client Details
My client have been in operations for over 10 years in the Perth market and have developed a reputation for delivering a high calibre service to the mining sector. They provide a range of services from shutdown support through to mechanical services.
Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, this role will take full accountability for the site services function within the organisation. Key responsibilities will include the following:
- Ownership of client relationships and the delivery of services
- Management of site operations and ensuring that shutdowns are executed as per client expectations
- Adhere to all safety policy and procedures to ensure a injury free environment
- Pursuing commercial opportunities with existing and new customers with a focus on site services
- P&L; ownership and report back to the MD on a weekly basis on progress
Profile
To be considered for this role you will have worked in a similar position for at least 5 years minimum. General Manager or Operations Management in a shutdown or mechanical services is essential.
You will have a honest, authentic and passionate approach when it comes to leadership and delivering on customer expectations. You will have exceptional communication and interpersonnel skills with an ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
