Parramatta City Council
In this role you will be reporting directly to the Chief People and Culture Officer and broadly working with multiple stakeholders across Council for successfully implementing Council’s diversity agenda.
The position is responsible for developing and delivering change management plans and processes for Council’s diversity and inclusion strategy and operational plans including Gender Diversity, Council’s Reconciliation Action Plan and Disability Inclusion Action Plan and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Employment Strategies.
In this role, the successful candidate will also manage and facilitate programs designed to raise awareness of diversity and inclusion across Council.

- Tertiary Qualifications experience in Human Resources or similar
- 3 + year experience in a Diversity and Inclusion role
- Experience project managing and executing organisational development programs with demonstrable impact
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- High quality verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Ability to develop strategies and deliver programs of work Ability to deliver organisational wide programs within budget and timeframes

We are offering an attractive salary package from $104,714.98 p.a. City of Parramatta also offer excellent employee benefits which can be accessed by the successful candidate, including a 35 hour working week and flexible work practices.
