Job description:
The ideal applicant will have a passion for the coffee industry and be up-to-date with current trends and changes. This is a hands-on role where you will need to lead by example. You will be overseeing the daily operations of the venue ensuring all policies and procedures are being followed. The successful candidate must also have excellent attention to detail, outstanding communication skills and most importantly, a genuine passion for satisfying our customers and high coffee knowledge.
Requirements:
- Min 2yrs experience in a Management role in a Cafe
- Proficient in Excel and financial reporting
- Knowledge of food and coffee
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Demonstrable leadership and management skills
- Experience in cost control and revenue generation
- Must be punctual, reliable and a good motivator
- Have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Highly organized with the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a calm and professional demeanor
- Training new staff and ongoing staff
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: $60,000.00 – $64,868.00 per year
