Role: Customer Service Representative – Service NSW for Business
Multiple Ongoing Full-time Position
Grade: SNSW 3/4
Location: Sydney CBD
Service NSW is going through an exciting time of change, having recently become a part of a newly created, Customer Service Cluster.
Our agency is passionate about delivering first-class customer experience, at all our Service Centres across NSW.
We are currently seeking applications for upcoming Customer Service Representative roles
About the role:
Customer Service Representatives are required to be passionate about delivering positive face to face customer service experiences and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
This role is responsible for processing customer transactions and enquiries using a variety of computer systems as well as resolving customer complaints, whilst maintaining privacy requirements. You will also be comfortable working to KPI’s achieving individual and team goals.

Salary:
Customer Service Representative; includes a base salary range of ($61,554 - $75,064), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Customer service experience - dealing with customers in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication skills - ability to read and adapt to different scenarios
- High attention to detail - handling information with accuracy
- Strong computer skills - ability to utilise a number of computer systems
Hours of Work:
Full-time role: Operational hours are: Monday – Friday 7:00am - 7:00pm. Full Time 35 hours per week. Flexibility is required to work on a rotating roster between the Service Centre’s operational hours
