About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 enthusiastic individuals to join our Contact Centre team. You will have previous contact centre experience, strong communication skills, a professional phone manner and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service! This is a varied role in which you will be involved in all aspects of customer service, dealing with people in person; over the telephone and via web on-line chat. On a daily basis you will respond to a range of customer enquiries and requests in a positive, professional and timely manner.
To be successful in this role the candidate must have:
- Significant experience in a call centre
- Proven ability to work as a member of a team to continually improve processes, systems and customer experience
- Previous experience responding to customer enquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner and contributing to the building of successful partnerships with customers, stakeholders and service providers
- Engaged in training programs to further develop skills, knowledge and attitude to service a range of customer enquiries
- Flexibility and willingness to meet varying work load demands of the position to meet business needs
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and strong interpersonal skills.
What’s on Offer:
We are offering an attractive salary from $67,470 p.a. plus Superannuation. City of Parramatta also offer excellent employee benefits which can be accessed by the successful candidate.
