About the role:

As a Customer Service Representative for WorkCover Queensland, you will be a customer experience champion for any inbound queries from our policy and/or claims customers related to compensation, insurance and return to work.

You will service a wide range of customers and stakeholders and gain satisfaction through resolving queries that have benefits for the community through kick starting the return to work process.
