Nutricia at Home is our dedicated home program, supporting people transitioning from hospital to home. In this role, it will be your responsibility to manage the order and registration process within our homecare team. Key to this role is the provision of a great service to our customers.
In this role, it will be your responsibility to provide a great service to our customers, whether they are patients; medical professionals within hospitals and clinics or facilities managers. You will receive orders via phone, email and fax.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)
- Provide an empathetic and warm customer service experience to all of our customers
- Follow up on all customer queries and process orders via phone, fax and email
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up to date internal records
