Executive Assistant / Sales Associate

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join the Conversion Kings team, working directly and supporting  our Director/Founder across all functions of business including; administration, entrepreneurial, PR, communications, sales and marketing - you name it, you'll be exposed to it!  We are a dynamic business moving into new markets and are entering an exciting growth phase in the business.

Conversion Kings is a specialist Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) agency that increases the profitability of enterprise-level businesses. We do this through optimising client’s online experiences, resulting in increased sales & leads. Our proprietary methodologies have been refined through our experience of running over 200 CRO programs and 8,000+ A/B tests for brands across ANZ and the Asia Pacific. Our CK team is forward-thinking and believes a culture of collaboration and support leads to innovation and a genuine interest in what we do. We're a tight-knit team of passionate CRO Managers, Strategists, Developers, Designers, Data Analysts, and out-of-the-box thinkers with a common goal: help our clients get more customers to read, watch, order, click 

About the role:

This position will be to provide assistance and act as a right hand man or lady to our company Director in a cross-functional capacity with various administrative, project management and sales /marketing requirements, including but not limited to;

- Comprehensive database entry and management

- Calendar and inbox management including; filtering communications for the Director and responding to communications on behalf of the Director

- Coordinate meetings internally and externally including preparation and distribution of agendas, presentations, action items and notes

- Follow up and monitoring of any action items from meetings and training sessions

- Assist with onboarding of new team members

- Travel coordination for team executives both interstate and international (post Covid)

- File processing – file set up, file management and after sales files 

- General admin tasks including typing and filing

- Scheduling board, executive and department management meetings

- Preparing documents, such as reports, proposals and general correspondence

- Identification and escalation of any risks and issues

- Assist with coordination of special projects

- Website coordination and changes 

- Assist with qualifying leads and selling Conversion Kings services

- Social media coordination

- Preparation of presentations

- Assisting with pitch preparation and presentation

Experience and Attributes needed to be successful in this role:

This is your chance to showcase your high level administration skills in a challenging and diverse role. Given the nature of this industry, you will need to be confident, resilient and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, below are some of the attributes and experience we are looking for:

-  Degree qualification in Commerce, Business, Marketing, PR, Advertising or similar

- Demonstrated experience in a similar role and the ability to work both collaboratively and independently

- Exceptional computer literacy, with demonstrated experience in CRMs, Google Docs, digital platforms and Excel 

- High attention to detail, be self-motivated, outcome driven, show initiative, and can prioritise your workload

- High-level interpersonal and verbal communication skills

- Ability to multitask, work under pressure and ability to meet strict deadlines

- Takes accountability 

- Smart and professional presentation

- A high level of initiative and the ability to problem-solve autonomously

- The ability to multitask and make decisions quickly

- Strong organisational skills and research capabilities
