Our boutique firm are seeking an energetic, highly motivated and experienced full-time Project Coordinator to join our passionate team.
Key Duties:
- High level project administrative support including estimation & tender preparation, project costings, submission of applications to local councils, RFI’s & variations, preparation of site specific documentation/drawings, satisfying of HSE/OHS contractual requirements, issuing of Purchase Orders and collation of Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
- Effective and efficient overall administrative support to the BallPoint Team including reporting,
minute-taking and general office duties.

Essential:
- Commercial construction industry experience.
- Construction card.
- Demonstrated experience in providing high level administrative support.
- Time management skills with the ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment.
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Office.
- The right to work in Australia.
Desirable:
- Construction related certification or degree.
- Experience with accounting system Xero.
- Experience with HSE/OHS documentation (such as SWMS/JSA’s).
Attributes:
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for construction.
