We are currently seeking highly motivated person to join our growing Sunshine Coast Commercial Real Estate team in the position of Receptionist/Administration Assistant. This multi-faceted role will provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to many aspects of the real estate industry including marketing and sales.
As Receptionist, you will create the first impression our clients have of this well respected brand, as well as being a central and valued member of our administration team.
The successful candidate responsibilities will include:
- Answering and directing all incoming telephone calls in a professional and proactive manner
- CRM database management
- Co-ordinating the collation of reports and other documentation, including typing, photocopying, filing
- Assisting in marketing campaign procedures, including the production of marketing materials, preparing brochures and uploading listings to on-line portals
- Preparing and uploading social media sales communications
