The Western Aged Care Assessment Service is seeking motivated, team-focussed clinicians with experience in Community Services to join our progressive team of Aged Care Assessors at Footscray Hospital. Permanent Full and Part-Time positions available.
The successful candidate/s will be joining a highly engaged multi-disciplinary team which has made significant improvements to the delivery of assessment services at Western ACAS. As a result we enjoy a reduced waiting list and our clients are seen in a timely manner.

To be Successful in this Role you
- have a current registration with AHPRA
- have experience in Community Services
- are a quick learner, adaptable and can function independently
- have demonstrated ability and commitment to work as an effective member of a team
- have high level skills relevant to the assessment of elderly persons
- have very good ICT Skills
