Admin/Executive assistant

- Boutique employment law firm

- Work from office based south of river in Perth, and from home

- Part time flexible 15-20 hrs/wk 

- Remuneration package to be negotiated ($50k - $60k full time) based on experience.

3D HR Legal is a modern Australian law firm specialising solely in employment law. Although based in Perth, we service clients across Australia.

Who we’re looking for

We seek an achievement oriented administrator ready to take charge of the administration of the business. You will need to be able to work from home and from our office south of the river in Perth on occasion. The role involves a broad range of admin tasks including:

- Managing client projects to ensure completion of work within agreed time frames and cost limitations;

- Drafting simple documents and correspondence;

- Calendar and email management;

- Responding to initial client enquiries;

- Attending to scanning and online filing of emails/documents;

- Contributing to marketing activities.

This position is a great opportunity to work with a close knit supportive team and make your mark on the effective administration of the business.

Selection criteria

The successful applicant will:

1. have a love for all things systems and administrative processes with exceptional organisation skills;

2. have excellent verbal and written communication skills (including strong Word skills for formatting documents);

3. have high standards and a focus on finding solutions, not problems - a "can-do attitude";

4. be adaptable, reliable and self-motivated to work remotely; and

5. have experience working in an office environment.

You will be highly regarded if you also have these desirable skills:

- practical experience in a similar role in a law firm;

- marketing experience including designing in Canva, uploading content to websites using Wordpress;

- social media management experience.

You will be employed on a permanent basis (part time) subject to a probation period.
