Customer Service Coordinator - NDIS



A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an individual who is interested in pursuing their career by working in partnership with customers living with disability (NDIS). The role involves tailoring supports with customers by being:



- Responsive to the changing needs and preferences of customers;

- Practical and always working in partnership towards realistic solutions;

- Empowering by maximising true customer choice; and

- Respectful by valuing all people and the contribution they can make.



This role is based out of our Albany office with work from home options possible. It will involve frequent travel to customers homes in the Albany and surround regions.



Essential Criteria:





- Proven experience in a customer service role and / or experience supporting people with disability to live the life they choose;

- A passion for developing and nurturing relationships with current and potential customers, their families, and other key stakeholders to achieve excellent customer experience;

- Excellent time manage skills by working on multiple priorities with a can do attitude both autonomously and collaboratively;

- An awesome work ethic, which includes attention to detail, meticulous record keeping and good organisational skills

- High level of information technology literacy including use of Microsoft Office suite;

- Ability to work under pressure;

- Good understanding of Occupational Health and Safety practices and a commitment to put safety first in all instances

- National Police Clearance of 6 months or less currency;

- Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain within 3 months of employment;

- Unlimited Right to Work in Australia.
