About the Role
We are currently seeking the services of a proactive and enthusiastic Administration Assistant with experience in preparing and submitting Capability Statements, EOI’s and Tenders to join our Construction Team in Belmont.
Key duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Preparation of high quality Capability Statements, EOI’s and Tenders;
- Maintaining templates, CVs and project sheets;
- Compiling all components of tenders including writing, reviewing and editing information as needed and working with team members to gather all required documentation;
- Ensuring timely delivery of all tender submissions; and
- Provide effective communication & collaboration with internal stakeholders of each tender;
About You
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in a similar administration position
- Experience with Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and related programs
- Experience with efficiency and accuracy of typing and word processing
- Experience with telephone systems, conference calling facilities and internal telephone transfers
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail; and
- A Current Driver Licence
