Brightwater Linen is a division of the Brightwater, providing comprehensive laundry services to clients throughout Western Australia including hospitals, care facilities, hotels, mines and apartments.
An opportunity is available for a reliable and motivated Laundry Assistant to join our Brightwater Commercial Linen Services Team located in Malaga. This position is offered as a casual opportunity, whereby it is essential that you have availability each day over 7 days a week. In this busy role you will be responsible for ensuring all goods are delivered to Brightwater's clients as per schedule in a timely manner and required to participate in a wide range of laundry tasks including sorting, folding and packing linen.

To be suitable for this role, you must possess:
- Effective written, verbal and communication skills
- The ability to work as a flexible and engaging team member
- Demonstrated ability to approach work with a clear, calm and efficient manner
- Ability to prioritise and organise workload in order to meet deadlines
- Flexibility to work when required- essential
- A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining a laundry equipment in a clean and safe working order
- Providing a service that is customer focused, ensuring all good are delivered to the required standard
- Operate CBW washers, dryers and ironers in accordance with Brightwater safety standards
- Adhere to work practices, methods, policies and procedures
- Providing an efficient laundry service
