About the opportunity:
The successful candidate will be taking over an existing portfolio of large clients which require a high level of servicing. You will be running Policy Committees and keep the employers informed of relevant changes.
You will organise and present workplace information sessions and seminars as appropriate and any one on ones with members where there is demand.
As the relationship manager, you will assist members who have quesitons, problems or complaints.
About the candidate:
The successful candidate must have experience as a relationship manager within Superannuation (essential).
Background knowledge with defined benefits.
RG146 qualified.
Strong relationship building and management skills.
This role is a pathway to a Senior Relationship Manager role within the team.
