Our client is Australia's trusted provider of pest control who provides extermination and treatment solutions for residential and commercial premises.



We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Customer Service representative to join a high performing and rewarding team environment based within the Springvale office.



This is a full-time permanent position and will suit someone who is looking to excel in their career and is passionate about customer service.



Your duties include (but not limited to)



- Inbound customer service - 50+ calls per day

- Timely and regular follow ups with customers and potential customers

- Sufficient service to customer inquiry and requests



- Assist branch in achieveing budgets and maximise profitability

- Contribute to continual improvement processes

- Compliance and committment to OHS



To be considered for this role you must have:



- Previous experience in a call centre or outbound customer service role

- Self motivated and organised

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Resilient, driven and motivated

- Passionate about customer service

- Team player
