We are a Fintech startup in growth phase and looking for candidates with a high level of customer service experience, an excellent phone manner and who want to make a difference.
Flexible work/home opportunity for a successful candidate however some tasks are required to be completed in our office.
Situated in South East Suburbs and looking for an individual with initiative and a strong work ethic to jump onboard our growth journey.
Any flare for marketing or social media would be advantageous.
You will be able to work autonomously and within a small team with your time being split between customer support and other administration/marketing duties.
Duties will include:
Outbound/inbound calls
Customer support
Ticket management
General office administration
Procedure Creation
A minimum of three (3) years experience within a customer support role is required.
The role will be full time with you reporting to the managing director.
