We are are now searching for a Data Analyst to join our existing Data & Insights team.
We’re after the right person, so we’re flexible – this role is being offered on a full or part-time basis (i.e. perhaps you’re studying Data Analytics).
Day to day
This role involves creation and improving data reporting using tools & processes provided by our team, including presenting and validating results.
You will need to have strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, a desire to improve existing systems and processes, and be able to confidently explain our data to stakeholders to improve their data literacy and decision making.
You will be working with multiple data sources, extracting data from databases using SQL, Business Intelligence tools such as PowerBI, cloud-based data warehouses and collating requests for distribution to internal teams using a combination of Excel, web-based dashboards etc.
Your use of databases and SQL will be heavily guided by existing practices and documentation but will build toward independence as you learn our industry and take on more complicated tasks.
Some of your work will be promoted in importance and be automated, and we’d love for you to be involved in that process and technical automation too.

We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous commercial experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, or others, or you’ve studied or are studying Data Analytics
- A problem solving mentality, with a focus on methodical execution and accuracy
- Strong skills in Excel and SQL (Data Analyst level) – we can teach you our custom tools
- Confident and clear communication skills
Highly desirable, but not essential:
- Programming experience in Python
- Experience working with Global healthcare organisations
- Experience with considering data privacy and confidentiality
