We're looking for an all-round legend to join our team in Sydney's Bondi Junction!
This legend will be working as our team assistant. An entry-level position that is mostly customer service and administration, with random ad-hoc tasks here and there.
You will be helping us across two businesses, being the first point of contact for various customers. You will have an eagerness to learn and be willing to go the extra mile for our clients.
This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday with the start date being as soon as possible. You will have full training on all of our software and processes.
Key aspects in this role include
- Data entry
- Service inbox management (being very efficient actioning emails,
filing in relevant folders)
- Creating and following up on jobs in The Service Manager (TSM)
- Ordering parts
- Reporting
- Processing contractor invoices
- Raising PO's
- Invoicing
- System management (cancelling old jobs, adding schedules)
- Calling customers, technicians and staff
- Processing credit card payments

Experience in the below is preferable
- Customer service experience
- Data entry
- Microsoft Office packages i.e. Word, Excel etc.
- Outlook - managing emails
- Reconciliations of credit cards and accounts
- Producing weekly reports
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise and work effectively under pressure
