The Opportunity

As such, we're currently looking for a motivated and driven Sales Coordinator to join our National Field Sales team.
Reporting directly into the National Field Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for developing communication/processes to enable clear visibility of key business activities for the Field Sales Team to deliver best in class promotional compliance and brilliant in-store execution across all retail customers, (Baking & Grocery) to achieve GF's strategic and growth aspirations.
The successful candidate will develop and execute clear field communications for Regional Sales Managers, Contractors and Merchandisers to help lift field capability at all levels. As well as help Identify, develop and embed "best in class" communication solutions.
What you will do:
- Assist in creating communication material that aligns with the strategic move to GF WISE automation platform (Win In Store Everyday)
- Consult and refine current processes with cross functional teams to accommodate new GTM strategy
- Manage all aspects of the communication process, including development and integration of content
- Partner with Field Sales team members to identify opportunities to improve/learn
- Partner with Account team members to identify opportunities to improve/learn
- Engage Field forums to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
- Manage all aspects of the POS process from warehouse to store
- Partner with Field Sales, National Accounts and Marketing team members to identify opportunities to improve/learn
- Engage Field forums to share ideas and plans to drive continuous improvement in this area
What you need:
- Field Sales Administration Experience & knowledge of the Australian FMCG landscape
- Proven ability to lead change and step-change in admin systems and processes
- Strong internal and external stakeholder management
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, Salesforce & information systems
