- Permanent - Part time position located in Arundel

- Apparel Support Specialists in Corporate Uniforms, Clothing and Workwear

- Hours required 9am-4pm Monday - Thursday. Friday 8.30am - 3pm

The Position





We are seeking an experienced Sales / Customer Service /Administration person to join their team.



This role requires great attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and previous experience with sales environment is desirable.



You will be responsible for general administrative, sales and sales support, as well as working closely with the senior sales staff to provide exceptional service to their clients.



This role would be suitable for someone who has previous customer service, sales or administration experience.



Hours will vary between 32 - 38 hours Monday-Friday per week (happy to consider flexible working hours for the right candidate).



You will be responsible for:



- Processing sales orders in a timely manner

- Responding to incoming telephone calls, emails and general enquiries, and conducting a discovery with potential customers.

- Providing excellent customer service

- Exploring client needs and provide information on suitable products

- Scheduling client appointments

- Creating client quotes and orders

- Providing general admin and sales support

- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with customers



About You



To be successful in this position, you will have 3 - 5 years' experience in a similar role with a sales or customer service focus. You will also have:



- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships

- Telephone sales experience

- Be a team member with strong work ethics, flexible in approach and supportive of others

- A positive and can-do attitude is a must!

- Ability to work quickly in a highly productive manner

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Problem solving skills

- Ability to meet deadlines

- Strong time management and organisation skills

- Strong data entry skills with high level accuracy

- Attention to detail

- Professionalism and punctuality

- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and MYOB

- Experience using WordPress (preferred)
