Casual Export/Admin support staff member required 20 hours per week. Spring Hill office is close to Fortitude Valley train station or free parking is also available.
The ideal applicant would possess:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise
- Organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word & Excel
The role includes:
- Processing of export documentation
- Liaising with shipping companies
- General administration duties, including telephone answering, emailing, filing
It is desirable that applicants have previous office experience.
