Tasks & responsibilities
- Able to multitask day to day operations
- Manage appointments with clients/tenants
- Assist day to day operations
- Data entry
- Administration & Office duties
- Answering of incoming calls, emails, texts and directing information to appropriate staff members
- Scheduling of works to trades/contractors
