Rehabhire is a healthcare equipment company based in Port Melbourne that services hospitals and private clients across Melbourne.

Due to recent growth we are expanding and looking for our newest team member.

This is a key support role for the delivery of our NDIS Participant Services. You will play an integral part in ensuring business operations are run efficiently and our clients receive an exceptional experience.

Working with NDIS Participants you will:

- Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers - via phone and email.

- Liaise with Rehab Hire sales staff and customer service staff regarding NDIS Participants.

- Liaise with Support Coordinators, Case Managers, and funding bodies.

- Manage service requests, concerns, and enquiries.

- Coordinate and collate NDIS Service Agreements

- Assist senior staff with special projects as required.

What you will need:

- A motivated self-starter with a willingness to learn.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Great time-management skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.

- Good knowledge and experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and database applications.

- Administration experience essential and on the job training specific to NDIS will be provided.
