Service Team Administrator



This company put excellent service to the fore-front, provide top quality products, and they are looking for their next super-star! 



This Huntingwood -based role is in a lovely, open office environment.

The purpose of the Service Administrator is to provide a central point of contact, administration and coordination support for all related activities within the technical services team.



Responsibilities:





- Administrative support for service function

- Being a contact for all service related calls

- Updating of product serial number database, current status and location for all products

- Contact customers and manage outstanding Purchase Orders and Loan Units



- Manage domestic and international shipping.

- Manage overseas repairs

- General Office Duties – Stationary Orders, Workshop Supplies ect

Experience:





- Previous experience in an administration support role
