The Purpose 

As the Customer Service Operator, your primary objective is to support the business unit in all customer related queries. This role is responsible for the ensuring correct processing of orders, ensuring high levels of accuracy with all transactions managed and completed in a timely manner.





Role and Responsibilities 



- Respond to Customer inquiries via telephone and email to ensure all customer expectations are met  

- Assist with the credit return process to meet highest customer expectations

- Process orders and returns in SAP both Australia and NZ

- Investigate issues with lost and damaged stock and recommend process improvement

- Monitor and escalate any delivery issues as required

- Identify opportunities to improve process and customer experience

- Set up and manage the License requirements for NZ including expiry dates

- Liaise with NZ Customers re license copies and upload to SAP

- Support the Customer Operations team as required for AU & NZ  

- Liaise with DHL re deliveries in AU & NZ



Who you are 



- Strong knowledge of SAP and/or demonstrated advanced Excel 

- Strong computer literacy required

- Ability to manage ambiguity and demonstrate strong problem solving skills

- Prior experience in corporate customer service

- Relevant qualification or experience
