We have been operating for over 23 years in the Health & Weight Loss sector selling and marketing a variety of well- known and highly successful brands around Australia and globally.  The working environment is very supportive, so this is an opportunity to work with a great team of people.

Currently we are seeking an E-Commerce Administrator/Customer Service Representative to join our team in our new office close to Braeside. We are seeking someone willing to learn, who is interested in working hard towards future career progression. 

Some of the duties of this role will include:

- Order processing

- Answering the phone and responding to enquiries from Customers

- Effectively resolving customer disputes

- Discuss products offered and ensure customer satisfaction

- Ensure stock accuracy and keeping track of stock levels 

- Other administrative duties as required

- Logging of client information into internal database

- Provide support to senior team members

The person most suited to this role will be someone with some prior experience in e-commerce administration/customer service orientated roles who is looking for a company they can grow with.
