> Based in Bundaberg, our full-time Administration Officer will provide exceptional service and administrative support to our growing firm. This role joins an existing Administration team consisting of two other personnel. Our Admin team oversee the firm's financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate accounting records on accounts payable, receivable, payroll and daily financial entries and reconciliations. The team perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting; general ledger entries; record payments, receipts and adjustments.

> Reporting to the Administration Manager, our Administration Officers play an essential role within the firm,

administering the firm's affairs with typical duties including managing the day to day accounting transactions, reconciling bank accounts, managing the accounts payable function including the processing of invoices due for payment, managing the accounts receivable function including the allocation of payments, processing payroll and other related payroll tasks and other basic administration tasks.

> This full-time role operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. The successful candidate must be available to start no later than 15 February 2021. This role is not suitable for entry level candidates with no prior experience.

>

> Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate the following position criteria:

>

> - Experience completing accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll tasks

> - Experiencing using Excel and other accounting programs

> - Strong level of accuracy and attention to detail

> - Ability to take responsibility and be accountable of workload

> - Ability to communicate effectively with internal team members of all levels and external stakeholders

> - Ability to demonstrate effective time management and multi-tasking skills

> - Experience working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
