Pick Packers Needed
Our client is seeking Pick Packers to fill casual and ongoing shifts at sites located across Sydney
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing and sorting stock
- Basic work on production line: capping, filling, packing, labelling
- Responsible for your own quality and general housekeeping
- Following OH&S; guidelines
- Awareness of company policies, procedures, and practices
- Some heavy & repetitive lifting up to 20kg
What you'll need:
- Physically fit - Able to bend, stoop & lift up to 20 kg safely
- Own PPE - hi-vis vest & steel-toed boots
- 1 year + warehousing experience - pick packing, process, assembly, production line or similar
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build skills and capabilities in team members
- Ability to deal with a degree of ambiguity, think clearly and make decisions under pressure
- Excellent communication skills
- Sound numeracy and literacy skills
- Attention to detail
