Job Description
Learning Administrator - Brisbane - 14 month fixed term contract
Working as part of the Global Shared Services (GSS) Learning & Development Team, this role will involve various administrative duties including processing training requirements which entails inductions, course nominations, assisting with course planning, scheduling and logistical preparation, records management, maintenance of qualifications catalogue, generation of training reports and responding to training queries.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Over 3 years Administration experience.
- Knowledge of SAP or SuccessFactors, LMS systems is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
Additional information
This is a Monday to Friday position based at our Brisbane Corporate Office for a 14 month fixed term period.
