AIBI Group (Australian College of Business Intelligence and AIBI Higher Education) are seeking for a marketing assistant to support its marketing activities. We are looking for an energetic person who can bring great ideas to our business. 

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, your responsibilities will be: 

- Work with Marketing and Operations to develop high quality, engaging campaigns to reach company objectives 

- Work closely with the Academic and Recruitment team to ensure all products are optimally positioned 

- Engage with students on-campus and online using a range of engagement strategy (social media and external events) 

- Work closely with our Student Representative Council to support our engagement strategy

- Ensure all marketing content development and planning are in line with campaign objectives and plan 

- Develop all marketing and education/training assets and tools e.g. presentation, brochures, flyers, digital creatives, campaign overviews, sales alerts, etc. using Adobe Creative Products 

- Work with Sales to devise and execute incentives, campaigns and a range of promotional offerings 

- Report and monitor on marketing campaign effectiveness to identify adjustments and/or improvements as required 

- Utilise FB Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and internal analytics tools 

The ideal candidate will: 

- Minimum of 3+ years relevant experience in a marketing role with a focus on campaign planning and execution 

- Proven track record of successfully developing high quality, engaging marketing campaigns 

- The ability to plan, prioritise and execute multiple projects in a fast-paced environment 

- Experience in and passion for bringing brand messaging to life through campaigns 

- Excellent copy-writing and grammatical skills 

- An understanding of advertising, creative and production planning processes 

- Great attention to detail 

- Strong communication and people skills 

- The ability to effectively and productively manage and influence internal and external stakeholder relationships
