This role provides support to marginalized members of the community who seek assistance . by backfilling existing staff during leave periods or times of increased demand



After assessing the presenting and underlying needs, this role provides a range of material assistance following existing processes and guidelines .

This is a relief position providing emergency relief as per existing guidelines both face to face and via phone. This will provide backfill for staff absences and will help with the online enquiries . We are seeking people who are available at short notice , willing to be flexible and able to work at various metro and suburban location
