What we’re doing



With us, you’ll experience innovation. You’ll be part of our Lifecycle Marketing and Behavioural Communications team helping us deliver best in class personalised experiences using our omni-channel platform, Braze. 



While no two days are ever the same, you’ll be:



- Building and developing sophisticated and personalised consumer marketing campaigns and programs across Email, Push, In-app message and Web channels within Braze

- Identifying optimal ways to fully leverage the Braze platform functionality, API integrations and Liquid Logic capabilities to deliver personalised campaigns and canvases at scale, to meet business objectives and enhance the consumer experience

- Develop emails end-to-end, build and modify responsive templates using HTML, CSS and Braze Liquid Logic



Who we’re looking for…



We are looking for someone who:



- Adapt and thrive in an evolving environment

- Someone with great attention to detail and technically strong in all aspects of marketing automation, data integration, campaign creation and production.

- Has extensive experience building out sophisticated dynamic content and personalisation logic in email campaigns, programs or cross-channel journeys.

- Experienced and confident in Braze (or another omni-channel platform) where you have been the go-to for anything technical.

- Forward thinking mindset – always thinking of the bigger picture and factoring in how decisions made today will impact longer term ways of working.

- Perseverance in solving problems, good at thinking on your feet and would happily troubleshoot any HTML, campaign or data issue.

- Great team player who enjoys sharing their knowledge and skills with others

- Passionate about all things martech and data - proactive and hungry to always learn more
