Sydney Restaurant Group is currently recruiting for a Chef to join our friendly and motivated team at Aqua Dining:



From 2 hatted fine dining to stunning waterfront views and relaxed café fare, the group is diverse, offering a range of restaurant experiences to suit every occasion.



We are looking for candidates with the following qualities:



- Relevant qualification and 2 years work experience OR Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role;

- Ability to multi-task, to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure;

- Reliable, punctual and trust worthy;

- High standard of personal presentation and hygiene;

- Must work well in a team environment;



- Positive attitude and passion for cooking;

- Sound understanding of HACCP & Food and Safety Regulations & requirements;

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
