Job Description:
Role Overview:
- Ensures the day to day activities to deliver application testing services and support on time, on budget and to agreed requirements are being addressed by the various testing teams.
- Review and be familiar with key project deliverables across all proposed and in flight projects that the team are involved with.
- *Work closely with the Development, Product Management and Support teams to ensure software and hardware products are tested such that their release quality meets high standards.
- Principal SME for Testing and Test Environment input across the wider Application and Enterprise Environment.
- Ensure strong client relationships are built and maintained, across both IT and the business.
- Draw together test activities across teams to drive prioritisation of all test efforts
- Estimate Effort for test preparation and execution.
- Perform Test management, Defect management and Test execution.
- Create & Maintain Test Artefacts (RTP, Test Cases, Test Report).
Key Skills:
- 10+ years in a complex I.T environment
- Demonstrated ability leading a geographically diverse delivery team.
- Proven management of testing services across a multi-platform applications/infrastructure portfolio.
- Detailed understanding of the Australian Banking Industry.
- Experience with Fiserv Core Banking Applications, including Signature and Aperio.
- Experience with Branch Teller applications and peripherals
- Experience with Internet, Mobile and Digital Banking Test Execution
- Strong communication skills, utilized to effectively manage a culturally diverse team.
- Detailed understanding and working experience of the Software Development Lifecycle and ITIL.
