About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Admin superstar to join our team! You will be responsible for the management of all administration and reception functions associated with working within the People & Culture office.
Duties include:
• Professional, friendly and prompt service for our internal & external enquiries.
• General reception duties including the responsibility for all administration duties associated with People & Culture, including management of the internal social media accounts.
• Maintenance of the payroll database (SAP) in a high-volume environment, whilst ensuring accuracy and deadlines are met.
• Assisting with recruitment functions such as writing & posting job ads,
coordinating interviews, reference checking, to the onboarding process of new team members.
• Coordinator the procurement of prizes for our reward and recognition program.
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of two years in a similar role within a high-volume environment.
• Demonstrated experience working with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Professional and friendly disposition with self organisation, problem solving & time management skills.
• Proven knowledge of Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Pageup & SAP preferred.
