You will have the following to be successful in this role:

- Confidence in high-volume production kitchens

- Strong commercial cooking experience

- Have your own uniform and knives

- Professional grooming and presentation

- Chef qualifications - Certificate III (or equivalent)

- Food Safety Certification is desirable

- HACCP standards, WH&S; & an understanding of dietary requirements are to be adhered to

- Valid Passport with no less than 6-months expiry

- Hold a Police Check or willing to obtain one

- Have immediate availability to commence work on 23rd November

**Must be able to complete and pass full pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing to be considered**
