Are you a hotel management leader that has some experience in the FIFO Resources sector? We would like to hear from you, as we have multiple Assistant Village Manager and Village Manager roles across Queensland flying out from any location across the QLD Coast.
What do you need?
- Strong experience in hotel and accommodation sector management
- Some exposure to FIFO remote work
- Strong financial skills with a focus on budgets
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in various accommodation booking systems
- Amazing customer service and a professional attitude
A few key points for the role are;
- Management of day to day site operations in accordance with contractual requirements
- Effective management and support of staff onsite including training, performance management and selection of staff
- Building and maintaining exceptional relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong management of site budgets
- Ensuring site compliance with health and safety policies and procedures
- Meet company KPI's
- Management of financial reporting and budgeting
- Ensuring a great workplace culture and staff retention
