About the role
Building Careers Australia is looking for suitably experienced Chefs to join our teams working on various client sites in SA. This is a FIFO position. We supply major catering companies and can provide you with ongoing work. Most our rosters are 2&1 but we can also provide more flexible rosters.
Chefs will be required to cook on-site from 50 people through to 3000, alone or in teams of 10 Chefs. These are mixed positions and you will be asked to cook both day and night shift.
Chef's with no FIFO experience encouraged to apply.
- Certificate III Commercial Cookery or Similar
- Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
- Current Police Check – 6 months
- Previous Experience as a Chef or Bulk Cooking
- Pastry experience highly desirable
- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical
- Be able to pass Drug Screens every 28 days
