We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, proactive, passionate individual wanting to become a vital member of our organisation, by assisting our team as a Resource Coordinator. This position will be based in our Croudace Bay location and may require working from the Central Coast as required.

Duties as below (but not limited to):
- Providing general administration support and assistance to the Hunter and Central Coast Outreach Programs
- Development of fortnightly rosters across 2 separate programs in the region
- Responding to staff vacancies and absence to fill shifts in an efficient manner
- Maintaining and keeping up to date of both staff and client information, assessments and records
- Scheduling and billing of services in both internal systems and the NDIS portal
- Assisting with the management of Lifestyles fleet of vehicles
- Assisting the team with WHS compliance
- Assisting with special projects as required
- Taking minutes of meetings when required
- Assisting with the recruitment of DSP’s as required
- Assisting with all aspects of the programs as needed

Must have…
To ensure exceptional service delivery, it is essential that you meet all of the following criteria:
- Rostering experience preferably within the disability sector
- Sound communication, the ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
- A “Can do” attitude
- Exceptional time management and ability to handle competing workloads
- Experience in the disability sector
- intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Be creative by nature, where problem solving and thinking outside the square comes easily to you;
- Be able to pick up processes and procedures in an efficient manner
- Current NSW Driver's License – minimum of Green P;
- Current WWCC and Police Check or willingness to obtain prior to commencement in the role.
