About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, authentic & hardworking individual to join our People and Culture Partnering Team. In this role you will be working closely with our wider People, Culture & Community teams including Talent Acquisition, Safety, Leadership and Capability as well as other People & Culture Business Partners. You will provide strategic and operational HR advice and support while leading, mentoring and coaching Leaders to develop and implement strategic people plans to support business objectives.
You will build strong, positive relationships with team members and actively engage in the cultural,
commercial and operational aspects of your Business Units to become a trusted advisor to your Leaders and their team leaders. You will be solution focused and will demonstrate your ability to operate autonomously but collaboratively in support of business unit’s objectives.
About the Business
At TasNetworks, we own, operate and maintain the electricity transmission and distribution network in Tasmania. We deliver a safe, cost-effective and reliable electricity supply to more than 285,000 residential, commercial and industrial customers.
You are an experienced People & Culture Business Partner, confident working with multiple client groups, facilitating teams and balancing priorities. To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate your experience managing and resolving complex HR cases considering and stabilising people impacts, risk and commercial outcomes for our business. You will need strong influencing skills and be able to lead change in a diverse and changing environment.
If you possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, are able to develop and maintain trusting relationships and can demonstrate a collaborative approach to challenges, we want to hear from you!
