General Merchandise/Non-Foods Clerk - (EKG12)

Job Description: General Merchandise Clerks are responsible to make sure the general merchandise section of the store is well-stocked for our customers. General merchandise products include but are not limited to, health and beauty products, over-the-counter medicines, candy, magazines, tourist items, and seasonal merchandise. They order, receive, store, and stock products while ensuring proper inventory control, product rotation and quality. They create and build product displays, ensure proper fronting of products, and handle product damages and credits according to company policy. General merchandise clerks must be familiar with store products and their locations in order to assist customers in locating items. In addition,

they must be able to perform all duties of a cashier. Qualifications:

- Must be at least 18 years of age.

- High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Must be able to frequently lift 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

- Must pass Math Test.
